We recently hired Secoma Pools for our pool installation project and their work has truly exceeded our expectations! We worked directly with Garrett and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were outstanding. We had met with every pool contractor in the valley, and never felt quite like it was the best fit, that is, until we met Garrett. He allowed us to throw some crazy ideas at him and he had the knowledge of just how we could make the impossible, possible ! We appreciated that he had the design knowledge as well as the logistical knowledge and that we could see it come to life on a rendering that he provides! Garrett as a person is down to earth and never once did we feel like he was trying to hard sell us which we highly appreciated !! This was the largest project we have had at this house and by far the easiest and most stress free because of the clear communication from Garrett. He kept us in the loop of everything that was going to happen down to the hours. When he said he would be there, he was there. He went above and beyond for us and his team he has that does the concrete, masonry work, gas, electric, etc were all phenomenal to work with as well!
